JoJack's Smokehouse was founded by local restaurateur, Richard Witherspoon, and Award Winning Chef

Brandon Rodriguez.

Freshness and creativity are our favorite ingredients. Our menu is varied and the service is unmatched.

When the time came to name our new concept, we went on for weeks, back and forth. Out of the blue one day, Richard threw out the name "JoJack's." From there, we not only got our name, but a purpose.

Richard has 2 precious rescue dogs, JoJo and Jackie O. Thus, how the name was born. We wanted to take that a step further though and bring a purpose to our business. We give a portion of our profits to local rescue organizations to care for an protect other animals just like JoJo and Jackie.
